Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed,
damaged, or spoiled, unless they arrived in that condition.

Defective Products: If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please email an unboxing video and photos via the Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.

Return Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable on COD orders

Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank account.

Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods, subject to the same condition requirements as returns.

Return & Exchange Process

A return or exchange can be initiated via the Website by following the prompts shown there. 

The process is initiated only once our Customer Experience Team accepts your request,typically within 48 hours of the request being raised.

Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickups are arranged only after confirmation from the Customer Experience Team. Where reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged as they were delivered to you.

Free Gifts

If your order came with a free gift and your return or exchange brings the order below the gift’s qualifying value, we’d love for you to send the gift back too (unused, in original condition). If you’d rather keep it, no worries, its value will simply be adjusted against your refund. And if you’re only returning part of your order and still stay above the threshold, the gift is yours to keep.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible if and until the order has not been dispatched from our
warehouse.

Please note: Items purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
